The Tax Director oversees domestic, international, federal, state, local, sales, property, and REIT tax compliance. Responsibilities include tax provision reporting under ASC 740, uncertain tax position analysis, tax research, regulatory compliance, tax planning, joint venture accounting, IRS and tax authority correspondence, and supervision of tax staff and outside preparers. The role also supports REIT qualification, partner reporting, tax basis financial statements, and transaction due diligence.

Manages daily office administration and supports property management operations at a retail center. Responsibilities include administrative coordination, records, cash handling, accounts receivable and payable support, budgeting, vendor relations, staff supervision, recruiting and training, marketing assistance, inspections, crisis management, and tenant and shopper communication. The role also serves as Manager on Duty and supports events, leasing activities, compliance processes, and cross-functional initiatives.

Manages day-to-day New York office operations, including executive support, onboarding, supplies, vendors, building services, guest access, safety protocols, and workplace readiness. Supports the Legal Department by organizing digital lease files, maintaining document databases, uploading and indexing real estate records, managing retention, and assisting with administrative legal processes. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, and proficiency with office and document-management software.
