The Tax Director oversees domestic, international, federal, state, local, sales, property, and REIT tax compliance. Responsibilities include tax provision reporting under ASC 740, uncertain tax position analysis, tax research, regulatory compliance, tax planning, joint venture accounting, IRS and tax authority correspondence, and supervision of tax staff and outside preparers. The role also supports REIT qualification, partner reporting, tax basis financial statements, and transaction due diligence.

Manages day-to-day office administration for a shopping center, supporting property management, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, vendor relations, tenant collections, leasing, marketing activities, staffing, recruiting, and crisis procedures. Coordinates schedules, records, communications, inspections, procurement, reporting, and special projects while serving as a primary contact for retailers, vendors, shoppers, and internal teams. Requires flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Owns end-to-end email and SMS channel execution, including campaign programming, automations, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, dynamic content, testing, reporting, deliverability, and compliance. Partners with Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, Analytics, Legal, and Customer Care teams to optimize engagement, conversion, revenue, and customer communications. Maintains ESP and SMS platform operations, troubleshoots integrations, documents programs, and supports migrations or enhancements.
