Own customer and partner engagements from discovery and technical evaluation through paid pilots, design wins, and contracts. Develop product positioning, sales materials, and demonstration strategies; identify new markets; translate customer feedback into product direction; represent ventures externally; and mentor venture leaders. Requires technical fluency, direct experience commercializing technical products, bilingual French and English communication, and comfort working in ambiguous early-stage environments.

Leads organization-wide talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment, including executive sourcing and Greenhouse administration. Advises managers, founders, and employees on HR matters; manages onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll support, performance processes, and labour relations. Ensures compliance with Quebec and Canadian employment laws, develops HR policies and documentation, manages immigration processes, and structures HR operations for growing portfolio companies.

Lead product strategy and commercialization for a novel cooling platform spanning refrigeration, air conditioning, and electronic thermal management. Define the product roadmap, conduct customer discovery, translate technical capabilities into requirements and value propositions, assess manufacturing and supply-chain scalability, establish pilots and partnerships, and contribute to fundraising and go-to-market strategy as a founding team member.
