Teams at Tandem PV

Supports development and scale-up of PVD and CVD thin-film deposition processes from R&D through pilot manufacturing. Conducts experiments and DOEs, characterizes films, analyzes data, troubleshoots equipment and processes, performs preventive maintenance, qualifies new tools, and helps stabilize production process windows. The role also documents experiments and procedures and collaborates with device fabrication, characterization, and equipment teams on solar module development.
