Design and execute experiments, record detailed process data, and collaborate across teams to improve module performance, durability, and encapsulation processes in a pilot manufacturing environment.

Drive quality system development and continuous improvement for perovskite-silicon tandem PV. Apply DMAIC from lab to pilot manufacturing, track yield/reliability metrics, perform root-cause analysis, qualify suppliers/equipment, and collaborate with R&D, process, and operations to scale technologies.
