The Account Executive will drive customer acquisition in Finland, manage relationships, handle public tenders, and represent Tandem at events.

Drive new business across Sweden’s private healthcare sector through prospecting, cold calling, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closing. Build relationships with physicians, practice managers, health systems, and decision-makers. Represent Tandem at industry events, execute market penetration initiatives, track opportunities in CRM and GTM tools, and collaborate with SDR, marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role is based full-time in Stockholm and focuses on expanding Tandem’s healthcare technology footprint.

Lead engineering for governance, risk, and compliance systems by converting security requirements into production controls, evidence pipelines, automated tests, monitoring, and traceable workflows. Build and operate GRC automation, detect control and evidence failures, prepare audit evidence, support compliance and legal assessments, and explain technical controls to engineers, auditors, and internal teams. The role requires independent ownership, sound engineering judgment, and strong practices around testing, access control, data minimization, retention, and auditability.
