Own the full B2B sales cycle in Italy, from qualification and consultative demos through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and customer expansion. Present Tandem’s AI healthcare platform to clinicians and decision-makers, maintain long-term relationships, share market feedback with Product, and represent the company at regional events. The role requires proven quota achievement, field or territory sales experience, native-level Italian, and advanced English.

Drive healthcare sales and strategic partnerships across France for a clinician-focused digital health platform. Build relationships with hospitals, provider groups, EHR vendors, payors, resellers, and system integrators; pitch, negotiate, and close complex deals; represent the company externally; provide market feedback for product and go-to-market strategy; and help establish customer success infrastructure. The role is based in Paris and requires regular travel across France and to Stockholm.

Define and implement Tandem's Customer Success foundations: processes, playbooks, journeys, health scoring, and rhythms. Coach Medical Operations Specialists, partner with Sales and Product to ensure onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and feedback loops across markets to drive customer value and revenue.
