Provide administrative support to federal public health projects and leadership: data collection, recordkeeping, reporting, travel coordination, onboarding/offboarding, property and PMO support, executive backup, and use of MS Office and government travel/purchasing systems.

Perform laboratory tasks supporting public health projects: sample processing, culture, nucleic acid extraction, PCR (conventional and real-time), sequencing library prep, data analysis (Excel, BLAST), QC, specimen accessioning, and report writing while following QMS and BSL-2 procedures.
