Manage and maintain a laboratory quality management system for a federal client. Responsibilities include QA program development, quality occurrence reporting, document control, CLIA and accreditation compliance, POC testing coordination, equipment maintenance, nonconformance and CAPA management, temperature monitoring, test and instrument validation, audit preparation, risk response, and client communications. The role also supports BSL-3 high-containment activities, presentations, training, and program action planning in a hybrid Atlanta-based environment.

Perform pipette calibrations and small-equipment maintenance, develop SOPs, maintain calibration records traceable to standards, perform measurement system analysis and root cause investigations, support audits, train staff, and provide technical support to public health laboratory teams.

Lead and coordinate laboratory quality management projects supporting LQMS implementation and improvement. Manage project plans, audits, CAPA, validation, document control, training, metrics, stakeholder communications, and regulatory/accreditation readiness for public health laboratories.
