The Senior Marketing Artist will create video ads and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, lead projects, analyze ad performance, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand presence.

As a Community and Support Intern, you will manage user inquiries, provide customer service, enhance user experience, and report on product performance.

Own full sales cycle for AdTech solutions across UAE, KSA, and Jordan. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and grow accounts; build relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies and partners; execute sales strategies, maintain pipelines and forecasts; collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations; monitor market trends and share customer insights to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Provides customer support for a mobile gaming company by managing tickets, comments, and in-game chats; investigating and resolving user issues; explaining solutions; maintaining user records; analyzing inquiries; preparing reports; and escalating product feedback. The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, customer service skills, CRM familiarity, multitasking, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Work as a Game Artist intern creating in-game UI assets, icons, illustrations, and marketing art. Support visual exploration, mood boards, Arabic localization (RTL, Arabic typography), and brand/design assets while learning from senior creatives and shipping assets across mobile game titles.

Develop and integrate payment systems using Python and REST APIs; troubleshoot payment issues; analyze transaction and reconciliation flows; build reports and dashboards; collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and finance; evaluate and onboard payment providers and fintech partners.

Emirati students or recent graduates join Tamatem Games as interns or entry-level hires to gain hands-on experience in the mobile gaming industry. Work with industry professionals across departments, collaborate on real projects, learn from mentors, and build skills and a portfolio for future careers in gaming.

Participate in departmental projects, support day-to-day operations, collaborate cross-functionally, perform research and data analysis, prepare reports and presentations, and learn industry best practices in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Own and evolve Tamatem's masterbrand and sub-brand architecture; set brand guardrails; produce high-impact assets (decks, events, merch, web); build toolkits and component libraries; integrate AI into design workflows; mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Own publishing strategy and day-to-day execution for assigned game titles. Plan and run GTM campaigns, liveops, and events; coordinate with UA, creative, localization, product, and external partners. Gather player and community insights to inform monetization, pricing, and content decisions to drive engagement and revenue in the MENA region.
