Talon.One Benefits Overview

Own the Gamification product domain within Talon.One’s Campaign Manager platform and APIs. Conduct customer and market discovery, define product direction and feature specifications, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and track gamification metrics. The role requires strong B2B SaaS and API knowledge, Agile experience, independent decision-making, and familiarity with AI tools.

Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across the Americas. Responsibilities include developing account plans, driving adoption, retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling; building executive relationships; forecasting revenue; leading cross-functional account teams; partnering with solution and technology providers; and representing Talon.One in demos, workshops, and strategic client meetings.

Lead and transform the AMER Technical Account Management team from reactive to proactive. Oversee day-to-day operations, mentor engineers, establish scalable workflows, serve as regional technical escalation point, and drive proactive technical guidance and strategic client engagements for the Talon.One platform.
