Own end-to-end product design projects from research and discovery through UX and UI delivery for a B2B SaaS platform. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, create user-centered solutions, contribute to the design system, and communicate design decisions. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, technical writing, and other designers in agile cross-functional squads.

Own day-to-day IT support for US employees, including ticket resolution, account and access administration, device lifecycle management, endpoint security, asset inventory, and meeting-room AV support. Administer Google Workspace, JAMF, Notion, Slack, and Zoom while supporting onboarding, offboarding, SSO, provisioning, and least-privilege controls. Collaborate with the Berlin IT team, document processes, troubleshoot recurring issues, and escalate complex cases with clear recommendations.

Own end-to-end API integrations for enterprise clients across EMEA, troubleshoot technical issues, manage escalations, monitor usage, and lead onboarding. Partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams to improve client outcomes, retention, and growth. Identify technology partnerships and integration opportunities while managing complex stakeholder relationships. Spanish fluency is required for technical and business discussions with Spanish-speaking customers.
