Lead functional design and configuration of Workday Financial modules, translate finance requirements into Workday solutions, build business process configurations and reports, support UAT/testing and deployments, provide post-go-live support, and partner with finance stakeholders on process improvements and compliance.

Client-facing senior marketing consultant supporting end-to-end campaign planning, execution, analytics, reporting, and optimization. Coordinates clients, vendors, and internal teams; develops presentations and actionable recommendations; defines campaign goals, audiences, channels, and measurement approaches; oversees assets, deployment, quality assurance, KPI monitoring, A/B testing, and performance improvements.

Supports client-facing strategy and transformation engagements through structured business and market analysis, quantitative modeling, and actionable recommendations. Develops client-ready PowerPoint presentations, facilitates client meetings and workshops, manages project workstreams, validates assumptions with stakeholders, and identifies commercial opportunities. Requires strong problem-solving, storytelling, presentation, Excel, PowerPoint, and English communication skills.
