Supports membership and development operations by processing memberships, renewals, donations, constituent records, mailings, reports, and acknowledgements. Provides member and donor assistance, supports membership sales and fundraising campaigns, researches philanthropic organizations, maintains development records and signage, and assists with special events and administrative tasks.

Lead and execute the museum's marketing and public relations efforts: develop strategic plans, manage budgets and external agencies, create content for web and social, handle media relations, support events and fundraising, analyze campaign performance, and cultivate community and sponsor relationships.

Serve as the museum's COO overseeing finance, accounting, HR, facilities, security, IT, risk management, visitor services, and vendor relations. Develop and monitor budgets, ensure financial controls and compliance, lead recruitment and performance management, improve operations and policies, advise the President/CEO and Board, coordinate audits and legal matters, and supervise departmental managers to align operations with institutional priorities and resources.
