Deliver and coordinate employee training programs, facilitate new-hire orientation, manage LMS records, design instructional materials and assessments, and support trainers and classroom logistics.

Monitor up to eight table games to ensure game integrity, regulatory compliance (Title 31), and excellent guest service. Report irregularities to Pit Supervisor, assist in dealer training, promote rewards club, maintain inventory accuracy, and attend required trainings.

Supervise and manage daily Bingo Hall operations in the absence of the Bingo Manager. Hire, train, schedule and evaluate staff; enforce regulatory (Title 31) and PCI compliance; handle patron relations, detect fraud/cheating, order supplies, develop promotions, and fill operational roles as needed to ensure efficient, profitable bingo operations.
