Teams at Talkiatry

Build and grow relationships with physicians, medical practices, health systems, and referral teams. Prospect new provider partnerships, manage existing accounts, increase psychiatric care referrals, conduct field presentations and outreach, troubleshoot referral workflows, execute territory growth plans, maintain CRM records, and represent Talkiatry at industry events. The role is quota-carrying, relationship-driven, and requires approximately 75% travel within the assigned territory.

Own lifecycle marketing performance across patient onboarding, activation, early care, and retention. Design and analyze multichannel experiments, build reporting and dashboards, write SQL, diagnose funnel and segment performance, and integrate AI and machine learning signals into lifecycle journeys. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Creative to improve patient outcomes and measurable business performance.

Owns administration, compliance, reconciliation, analytics, vendor management, and open enrollment for employee benefits programs. Leads the transition from fully insured or level-funded medical plans to self-funded plans, including plan design, stop-loss procurement, financial modeling, and implementation. Manages ACA reporting, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PCORI, multi-entity compliance, carrier relationships, employee communications, audits, and benefits system integrations.
