Design reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and WFM frameworks, build dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven performance improvements to optimize staffing, efficiency, and cost.

Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity patients across the lifespan. Manage intakes and follow-ups, exercise clinical decision-making, collaborate with in-house therapists, and use company support for scheduling, billing, licensing, and technology.
