Provide empathetic support to families, schools, and test centers; maintain accurate records across operational systems; protect confidential student information; and support seasonal accommodations workflows. Participate in training and calibration, meet service levels, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements while working remotely with variable seasonal hours.
