The Legal Counsel will provide legal support on employment and immigration matters, draft contracts, ensure compliance, and improve legal processes in Poland.

Own end-to-end sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment for US consumer goods: manage suppliers and 3PLs, evaluate product opportunities, track inventory and KPIs, build AI-first operational processes, and work closely with the founder to scale operations.

Own and scale profitable user acquisition across channels (SEO, paid ads, influencers, UGC). Independently launch, test, and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and define KPI frameworks to drive paying users and strong unit economics for a Spanish-speaking AI EdTech product.
