Design scalable Node.js and TypeScript services, REST APIs, data models, distributed systems, and microservice architectures. Work extensively with PostgreSQL, Redis, asynchronous processing, message brokers, retries, security, testing, and live-system refactoring. Own features end to end from architecture through deployment and monitoring while working in an AI-first development workflow.

The Legal Counsel will provide legal support on employment and immigration matters, draft contracts, ensure compliance, and improve legal processes in Poland.
