Assemble, deploy, recover, and maintain distributed maritime sensor nodes; perform pre-deployment checks and field troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems; operate test equipment; document procedures and results; collaborate with engineering teams to inform design, tooling, and iterative prototyping for ocean deployments.

Design, prototype, and test electrical systems and custom PCBs for maritime communication hardware. Support power electronics, analog front-ends, and optical sensing assemblies. Perform lab testing, debugging, hardware validation, and documentation while collaborating with software, mechanical, and systems engineers to transition prototypes to production under senior guidance.

Lead Navy-focused business development: build relationships across Navy program offices, shape pre-RFP opportunities, drive capture and proposals, align BD with product roadmap, mentor growth team, and track acquisition and budget trends to secure maritime defense contracts.
