Maintain and support the data integration ecosystem: administer Laserfiche forms and workflows, monitor Microsoft Fabric capacity and performance, operate and troubleshoot ADF and Fabric pipelines, configure customer integrations (SFTP, CADS, Laserfiche), perform QA and data migration tasks, and collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Reporting teams to ensure reliable data delivery.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse and semantic models on Microsoft Fabric and ADF. Own CADS data flows, ingest and transform paths, data migrations, and ensure sensitive data is encrypted. Troubleshoot and tune SQL queries and dataflows, support Power BI/reporting infrastructures, lead QA for pipeline and warehouse changes, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and reporting teams to support integrations and reporting needs.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, assist month/quarter/year-end close, analyze financial results, process bank payments, billing, vendor invoices and expense reports, file tax returns (IRS, HMRC, CRA), and support management reporting.
