Own G&A finance operations, including SOW and contract tracking, billable-hours reconciliation, invoice processing, expense coding, audit documentation, and stakeholder follow-through. Monitor budgets, burn rates, deadlines, and discrepancies while coordinating with vendors, department leaders, Accounts Payable, and senior leadership. Ensure financial workflows remain accurate, compliant, timely, and within approved scopes and budgets.

Owns the accuracy and performance of payment processing revenue by reconciling processor residuals, investigating variances, supporting forecasting and budgeting, analyzing pricing and profitability, and assisting with revenue recognition. The role monitors payment KPIs, develops pricing frameworks, prepares executive reporting, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Product, Commercial, Operations, and external payment partners to improve controls and support strategic decisions.

Maintain daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, tax compliance, journal entries, intercompany accounting, reporting, and month-end close activities. Prepare AR aging, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue analyses, variance commentary, and disclosure reports while ensuring IFRS compliance and improving accounting processes.
