Supports accounts payable and receivable, including invoice review and issuance, collections monitoring, account reconciliations, banking postings, expense report processing, and month-end and year-end close activities. Works with the AFC team to maintain accurate and timely financial records. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in or accessible to Milan, with hybrid work available.

Identify high-impact AI opportunities with corporate clients, lead discovery workshops, prototype AI-enabled solutions, redesign workflows, and translate AI capabilities into transformation programs and learning pathways. The role also develops adoption roadmaps, responsible AI guardrails, solution architectures, and executive-facing narratives while collaborating with strategy, client, and delivery teams.

Own delivery of B2B corporate learning programs: plan and manage logistics, faculty and stakeholder coordination, monitor progress and project economics, use AI and digital tools to synthesise feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement of the learning experience.
