Prepare financial statements, tax returns, work papers, BAS, IAS, and FBT filings for varied entities. Perform financial reporting, tax compliance, advisory research, and payroll and GST-related work while using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and BGL. The role requires a qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with at least five years of business services experience in a chartered accounting environment.

Prepares and reviews statutory accounts, management reports, tax computations, reconciliations, working papers, and monthly or quarterly returns. The role manages multiple client files, ensures compliance with UK accounting and taxation requirements, liaises with clients and authorities, supports forecasting and budgeting, and may mentor junior staff. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, Companies Act requirements, VAT, PAYE, corporation tax, and related compliance obligations is required.

Leads Quantaco’s accounting services function, overseeing management accounts, financial reporting quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, P&L performance, and 70–75% gross profit targets. Manages accounting squads, develops leaders, drives standardization, automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, and partners with operations, technology, and training teams. The role also contributes to service productization, packaging, pricing, and additional billing opportunities.
