Lead geotechnical and heavy civil construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, change orders, subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, client relationships, safety, quality, and project financial performance. The role requires coordinating technically complex scopes such as deep foundations, shoring, drilling, ground improvement, grouting, and dewatering, with on-site work and regular travel to active project locations.

Coordinate day-to-day finance, accounts receivable and payable, banking, purchasing, grants administration, facility operations, shipping, and vendor management at an onsite biotechnology facility. Maintain accurate financial records, support reconciliations and reporting, administer procurement processes, track cash needs and commitments, and improve operational procedures while serving as the local link between department leads and the remote finance team.

Manage new and existing B2B sales opportunities for electronic security solutions across the GTHA. Responsibilities include customer discovery, site surveys, solution development, proposals, quotations, account growth, prospecting, recurring-service sales, Salesforce pipeline management, and coordination with technical and operations teams. The role is primarily remote and field-based, with occasional travel across Ontario.
