Assists with managing driving associates and assigned fleets by dispatching drivers, monitoring service and productivity, maintaining accurate operational data, supporting permits and home-time requests, and coaching drivers on performance and safety. The intern also communicates operational goals, coordinates with operations teams, and helps ensure on-time delivery and compliance with organizational requirements.

Assists the IT department with help desk support, troubleshooting user issues, setting up computers, monitors, printers, phones, and voicemail, performing minor equipment repairs, and supporting PC rebuilds, upgrades, and IT projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, independent work, and flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend activities.
