Teams at TAL Holdings

Manages assigned sales accounts, prospects new customers, presents tailored building material solutions, observes construction sites, prepares estimates and quotes, negotiates transactions, and closes sales. Maintains customer relationships, increases account share, coordinates orders with internal teams, supports credit requirements, and resolves customer service issues. Requires building materials sales experience, blueprint-reading knowledge, Microsoft Office and point-of-sale proficiency, a valid driver's license, and customer job-site visits.

Serve existing account customers and walk-in homeowners through end-to-end building-material sales. Identify leads, assess project needs, prepare estimates and quotes, negotiate deals, process orders, and support closing. Maintain customer relationships, increase account wallet share, maximize gross margins, resolve credits and returns, coordinate order execution with store and yard teams, and assist with credit requirements.

Support outside sales by managing quotes and orders, enhancing customer experience, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships.
