Provide analysis, advice and support across prudential risk and compliance frameworks. Develop policies, embed regulatory change, monitor compliance obligations, support incident and breach management, manage APRA engagement, and deliver senior reporting to inform governance and risk-based decisions.

Lead the end-to-end PAYG withholding program for claims and investments. Own PAYG rules, rates and calculation logic, oversee system configuration and controls, ensure timely ATO reporting, translate legislation into operational solutions, partner with Tax and senior stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance compliance.

Develop and maintain pricing models, deliver data-driven pricing insights and recommendations, validate data for accuracy, communicate findings to stakeholders, support reinsurance and product solutions, and improve pricing tools and processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
