Supports life insurance claims consultants with administrative tasks, documentation, follow-ups, customer communications, data corrections, claim closures, workflow management, and stakeholder calls. The role includes comprehensive training, claims system administration, process improvement participation, and maintaining knowledge of life insurance policies and procedures.
