Build and operate distributed backend services and event-driven systems using Python and AWS. Develop AI initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic copilots, while addressing latency, reliability, and scalability. Contribute across implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, architecture, code reviews, and development tooling. Collaborate with Product and Design to shape the platform and work in a hybrid model from Berlin, London, or Iași.

Leads Taktile’s NORAM Forward Deployed Engineering organization of 15–20 engineers, overseeing enterprise AI implementations, staffing, capacity, delivery milestones, go-live ARR, and production outcomes. Acts as principal forward-deployed engineer and solution architect for complex customer deployments, remaining hands-on with platform configuration, AI-agent training, evaluations, integrations, and technical problem solving. Partners with Product and Engineering to improve tooling, operating standards, and product capabilities while hiring and developing the team.

Work cross-functionally to professionalize company operations, support leadership on high-leverage projects, and execute strategy-to-execution tasks (e.g., pricing, hiring, partnerships). Improve operating cadences, drive alignment across GTM, Product, and G&A, and use AI tools to accelerate work and decision-making.
