Design and operate distributed execution systems for customer workflows. Build scalable Python backend services on AWS, contribute to AI initiatives including MCP servers and agentic copilots, and own architecture, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate with Product and Design, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve development processes and tooling.

Lead Taktile’s legal function as its first dedicated in-house legal leader. Build and scale the legal team, own commercial contracting, advise leadership on risk and strategy, support global employment matters, guide AI and financial-services regulatory issues, and establish the company’s data privacy program. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on drafting, negotiation, and day-to-day legal support across Taktile’s international entities.

Lead end-to-end product design for a cross-functional team, translating complex technical and business problems into clear, scalable user experiences. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, discovery, validation, and iteration; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other designers. Design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces, ensure effective implementation, and contribute to Taktile’s design system.
