The CRM Lead will develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention, lead a CRM team, and collaborate across business units to optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email and live chat during the festive season. Resolve customer issues, process returns and exchanges, document interactions, manage expectations professionally, and collaborate with the team to reduce response times and maintain high-quality service.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Engineering and Product HR team. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and offboarding documentation, personnel record maintenance, HR data verification, reporting, SOP maintenance, employee query support, and ad hoc project coordination. The 18-month internship offers practical HR experience, mentorship, and professional development in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
