Own the TakealotMORE brand positioning, communications, acquisition campaigns, promotional calendar, digital and performance marketing, customer insights, partner campaigns, and product launches. Lead a marketing team, agencies, and budget while tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements. Collaborate across Takealot, MrD, product, merchandising, social, CRM, and partner teams to grow membership and customer engagement.

Coordinates inbound supply chain operations, including purchase order processing, shipment tracking, merchant and distribution-center liaison, stock availability, and delivery issue resolution. Supports customer service and buying teams by managing queries, complaints, late shipments, and order updates. Ensures orders arrive on time through proactive communication, accurate administration, problem-solving, and adherence to established procedures.
