Leads the strategic vision, growth, marketing, operations, and profitability of TakealotMORE, a subscription loyalty program. Owns P&L, membership growth, retention, customer engagement, partnerships, and cross-platform adoption across Takealot.com and Mr D. Collaborates with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, finance, customer service, and external partners to improve program value, personalization, customer experience, and commercial performance.
