Provides day-to-day administrative and paralegal support for U.S. and Canadian business immigration matters. Manages H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, Canadian work permit, and permanent residence cases with external counsel and internal HR. Communicates case updates, guides employees on documentation and timelines, prepares immigration letters, tracks workflows, and conducts research on wages, processing procedures, and consular matters.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for videogame and entertainment transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, summarizing, and executing agreements. Serve as a bridge between business teams, procurement, stakeholders, and Legal. Maintain contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, databases, and contract management systems; support technology implementation and AI tool adoption. Provide administrative and paralegal support, advise internal clients, analyze third-party rights, and manage complex agreements under changing priorities.

Lead workplace and facilities operations for one or more locations, managing a small team and overseeing vendors, budgets, space planning, maintenance, safety, security, catering, sustainability, service tickets, and compliance. Manage capital improvements, office moves, renovations, change initiatives, emergency response, business continuity, and workplace technology. Partner with studio leadership and global Workplace and Real Estate teams to optimize workplace services and create safe, efficient, creative environments.
