The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships, supporting deal lifecycles, building business cases, scouting markets and distribution channels, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role coordinates with Legal, Finance, Product, publishing labels, and business units; translates financial and operational data into executive presentations; and delivers recommendations to leadership. Candidates need business development or related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, contract knowledge, and adaptability.

Manages corporate development and strategy activities, including financial modeling, acquisition and investment valuation, industry and competitor analysis, M&A due diligence, and strategic initiatives. Prepares presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and the Board. Supports business-unit creation, post-acquisition integration, and business-model innovation while collaborating with corporate and label leadership.

Leads the architecture and implementation of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using distributed computing. Improves data quality, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and enterprise data governance. Integrates diverse data sources and storage systems, develops fault-tolerant solutions, and oversees data infrastructure operations. The role also leads projects, mentors engineers, collaborates globally, and drives software development and coding best practices.
