Handles accounts receivable, invoicing, payables, credits, deposits, inventory data, financial reporting, and month-end closing. Maintains accurate records, resolves billing and inventory discrepancies, organizes operational documentation, monitors paperwork, communicates issues to management, and answers customer phone calls. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and Excel knowledge. Prior office experience is preferred but not required.

Manage daily operations of a high-volume commercial tire center, driving profitability, staffing, training, customer service, inventory control, vendor relations, and safety compliance. Produce reports, analyze sales and metrics, enforce policies, and maintain facilities while collaborating with sales to grow accounts.

Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs for passenger and large trucks. Drive to pick up/deliver vehicles and merchandise, maintain tools and truck, load and stock inventory, operate equipment (forklift after certification), follow safety procedures, complete training, process paperwork, and assist with shop upkeep and special projects.

Perform oil changes and fluid checks, replace filters and drain plugs, lubricate components, complete vehicle inspections, report additional service needs, maintain tools and inventory, follow safety and company procedures, and keep a clean work area.

Perform commercial tire retread operations: inspect casings, buff worn tread, remove debris, repair casings, apply new tread, cure tires, and perform final quality inspections. Maintain a clean, safe work area, use hand tools and shop machinery, lift up to 50 lbs, and complete on-the-job training to become competent across retread workstations.
