Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer and user research through interviews, workshops, surveys, field observations, and usability testing. Create personas, journeys, use cases, and research artifacts; synthesize feedback into actionable recommendations; support Voice of Customer and NPS programs; and advocate for customer needs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services teams.

Manages customer and dealer orders from quotation through fulfillment, including ERP processing, pricing checks, inventory coordination, purchasing, shipping, invoicing, returns, repairs, and export documentation. Serves as the primary contact for order, delivery, product, pricing, and repair inquiries. Coordinates with sales, manufacturing, warehouses, vendors, freight companies, finance, and repair teams while maintaining accurate records, tracking reports, customer updates, and performance metrics.

Develops new business and strategic customer relationships across the DACH market. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, managing key accounts, building sales plans and pipelines, achieving sales targets, preparing commercial and technical documentation, coordinating internal delivery and support teams, advising customers, and supporting technical solution enhancements. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, presentation, relationship management, industry knowledge, and radio communications systems experience, with travel to customer locations.
