Identify, onboard, and grow SMB advertisers across multiple markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, consultative sales, tailored proposal development, client performance optimization, digital strategy consulting, upselling, and strategic account management. The role requires building enduring client relationships, understanding advertising KPIs, and expanding Taboola platform usage among high-potential multinational accounts.

Lead new business development and full-cycle sales across the UAE, focusing on agencies and enterprise clients. Launch and position Tailwind’s Marshall media curation product, build senior stakeholder relationships, manage complex sales cycles, represent the company at industry events, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support onboarding and market growth.

Manage, optimize and report on digital advertising campaigns using the Realize platform. Analyze performance, run A/B tests, provide data-driven recommendations, consult with clients on goals, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable ROI while managing multiple client accounts.
