Provides operational support across student housing properties, including temporarily leading on-site teams, training and mentoring employees, onboarding new properties, resolving operational issues, supporting leasing and occupancy goals, monitoring financial obligations and delinquency, and maintaining property standards. The role requires extensive travel, typically 75–90% or more, with assignments based near major airports in approved states.

Generates new leases and renewals through peer engagement, tours, prospect follow-up, and on-campus outreach. Provides customer service, supports property operations, assists with resident events, move-ins, move-outs, turnover, packages, lockouts, and amenity upkeep. Works onsite with rotating nights and weekends, including extended turnover hours, while helping meet leasing and occupancy goals.

Generates new leases and renewals through peer engagement, conducts property tours, follows up with prospects, and supports leasing goals. Provides customer service to residents and prospects, promotes the property on and off campus, assists with resident events and move-in activities, processes packages, supports property operations, maintains common areas, and helps with unit turnover. This part-time onsite role requires variable weekday, evening, and weekend availability.
