Teams at Tailor

Act as the client-facing bridge to product and engineering: gather and prioritize requirements, manage onboarding/scoping/delivery communications, support engineers with context, create repeatable deployment patterns, and convert customer insights into roadmap priorities.

Build and ship production-grade full-stack features, prototype and stabilize customer implementations on Tailor's Headless ERP platform, engage with customers and Forward Deployed PMs, productize repeatable modules, integrate third-party systems, and help define engineering standards and platform architecture.

Lead product design for customer deployments: conduct discovery with customers, translate complex workflows into flows/wireframes/prototypes, own design direction, bridge customers/product/engineering, build reusable design patterns, and inform the product roadmap from deployment learnings.
