The role serves as a liaison between IT, business users, and global stakeholders while overseeing application operations, issue resolution, RFPs, and project best practices.

Develop and execute internal and external corporate communications programs supporting business goals, brand reputation, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include writing and editing communications content, managing digital channels, websites, social media, newsletters, town halls, awards, editorial calendars, vendors, budgets, and approval workflows. The role builds cross-functional relationships, oversees communications projects, maintains brand standards, and uses analytics to optimize content.
