Owns business immigration programs and employment-based cases from assessment through completion. Analyzes eligibility, documentation, regulatory changes, and compliance risks; develops immigration strategies; coordinates with employees, HR, legal teams, business stakeholders, and outside counsel; manages deadlines and records; drafts petitions and correspondence; supports audits, onboarding, process improvements, and special projects.

Manage local growth programs across multiple markets, tracking performance, maintaining priority roadmaps, coordinating improvement initiatives, and aligning marketing, field, and agency partners. Build dashboards and reports, analyze underperforming regions, evaluate local marketing tests, summarize results, and recommend next steps. The role also contributes to local growth strategy and investment decisions as the program expands.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and AWS. Responsibilities include multi-cloud BGP routing, SD-WAN, wired and wireless networks, VPNs, firewalls, network security, high availability, capacity planning, troubleshooting, QoS, and automation using Terraform. Requires five years of network engineering experience and four years using specified cloud and networking technologies.
