Work with customers to integrate procurement and ERP data, build scalable ETL pipelines, configure the Tacto platform, quantify value cases, and present ROI. Support technical onboarding, develop reusable analytics and AI-native workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate adoption and influence product evolution.

Lead hiring and talent operations to scale the company: own sourcing, engagement, and closing of candidates; design scalable people processes and playbooks; build employer brand and storytelling; map and improve org structures and ways of working; execute hands-on during the first 9–12 months and expand into broader company-building initiatives thereafter.

Interns join a technical team (Product, Design, Engineering, or Data Automation) to build platform features, agentic systems, integrations and data layers. You'll ship customer-facing work, run a technical case study, and collaborate cross-functionally while learning AI-native workflows and modern engineering practices.
