Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and serverless/cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. Collaborate with developers, scientists, and admins to deploy, test, secure, and support mission-critical applications, perform code reviews, and implement infrastructure-as-code and security hardening.

Design, implement, and migrate enterprise cloud services and on‑prem workloads to AWS/Azure/GCP. Build scalable, secure, automated cloud infrastructure, support DevOps/CI/CD, monitor cost and performance, and ensure compliance for mission‑critical satellite and environmental data systems.

Provide senior-level network engineering for NOAA satellite operations: operate and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, plan and lead upgrades, troubleshoot anomalies, monitor device health, harden security, create SOPs and topology diagrams, lead training, and provide on-call support.

Design, build, and migrate serverless cloud applications and IaC on AWS; develop tools, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines; automate deployments, perform code reviews, support DevOps operations, and ensure security/compliance for mission-critical systems.

Develop and maintain Python cloud-native applications and automated serverless pipelines on AWS. Collaborate with developers, scientists, and operators to build CI/CD, automate deployments, perform code reviews, secure and harden systems, and support mission-critical scientific data processing.

Execute automated and manual tests of applications deployed in AWS, log and document defects, review requirements and design specs, evaluate code against specifications, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC, and support security testing and hardening to meet compliance requirements.

Provide network administration for NOAA satellite operations: install, maintain, monitor, and upgrade LAN/WAN infrastructure; troubleshoot anomalies; create SOPs and topology diagrams; support security hardening, compliance testing, and on-call after-hours support.

Lead development and evaluation of sustainment solutions for legacy ground systems: create CONOPS, architectures, and requirements analyses; research and recommend COTS products; manage procurement and project status; assist with installation, integration, testing, and security hardening; perform cost/benefit analyses to support customer decisions.
