Responsibilities include product features, lifestyle set design, interviews, pre-production planning, editing, equipment maintenance, and studio management. The role requires strong camera, lighting, audio, Adobe editing, interviewing, and set-building skills, plus knowledge of hunting and outdoor industries.

Create and edit branded video content across social, digital advertising, long-form, short-form, linear TV, and narrative formats. Operate cameras and support on-location production with lighting and audio recording. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns, translate strategic goals into engaging assets, maintain brand standards, manage multiple projects, and use analytics and social trends to guide creative decisions.

Coordinates multi-brand creative project intake and delivery, manages Monday.com workflows, dashboards, and automations, and governs digital assets in Bynder. Audits and improves creative workflows, monitors timelines and dependencies, supports sprint planning, documents processes, and resolves operational blockers. The role partners with creative and marketing teams to improve visibility, accountability, and efficient execution across projects.
