Serve as the scientific interface to customers, design and review in vivo study plans, support sales throughout the cycle, drive market adoption, lead technical prospecting and conference engagement, mitigate project risks, and ensure customer expectations and deliverables align with Taconic capabilities.

Lead and develop production Team Leaders and staff to meet production targets while ensuring quality, safety, SOP compliance, and animal welfare. Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, translate KPIs into improvements, support production and workforce planning, and collaborate across functions to meet customer commitments.

Manage complex life-science accounts to achieve revenue targets through team selling, account planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting. Build relationships across buyer personas, protect and grow existing business, maintain Salesforce data, and support contract execution. Frequent regional travel and collaboration with internal stakeholders required.
