Responsibilities include managing quality systems, audits, ISO 9001 certification, customer and supplier complaints, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, SPC and Six Sigma improvements, KPI reporting, budgeting, management reviews, and employee engagement. Partners cross-functionally with operations, engineering, planning, and purchasing to reduce quality costs, scrap, returns, warranty expenses, and nonconformance while improving continuous improvement outcomes.

Manages enterprise projects from scope definition through execution, testing, training, documentation, and go-live. Leads cross-functional teams, develops schedules and budgets, tracks milestones and risks, prepares stakeholder reports, and ensures PMO governance compliance. The role coordinates teams across operations, IT, finance, business systems, and external partners while supporting strategic execution, process improvement, and project management capability development.

Leads mechanical product design, development, validation, prototyping, testing, and production support. Performs engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, DFM, root-cause investigations, and regulatory compliance reviews. Creates technical specifications, test plans, engineering changes, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, production, purchasing, and suppliers, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers. Supports designs from concept through production and participates in supplier visits, conferences, and industry activities.

Administers, configures, maintains, and enhances the PLM/PDM system supporting engineering and manufacturing processes. Develops workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, integrations, and system code; manages data integrity, permissions, upgrades, and user support. Coordinates ERP and MES integration, UAT, defect resolution, training, documentation, continuous improvement, and enterprise feature integration projects involving internal teams and external partners.

Lead global import/export compliance for a multinational HVAC manufacturer: develop and enforce trade policies, ensure EAR/OFAC/CBP compliance, manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty mitigation, licensing, audits, training, and relationships with brokers and government authorities to minimize regulatory risk and support supply chain efficiency.

The Product Engineer performs design, layout, and testing of ASME pressure vessels, collaborates on product development, and supports existing product lines through modifications and analyses per ASME code.

Lead administration, support, and optimization of the ERP and related enterprise applications. Manage configurations, security, integrations (APIs/REST/EDI), environments, upgrades, reporting, and troubleshooting. Drive automation, UAT, documentation, training, and Tier III support while partnering with business stakeholders and mentoring junior staff to improve processes and system reliability.
