Manage office operations, supplies, vendors, facilities, events, travel, and budgets. Coordinate interviews, offer letters, new-hire paperwork, onboarding logistics, equipment, system access, and schedules. Provide administrative support to leadership, assist with meetings and follow-ups, and improve workflows as the startup scales. This is an onsite role five days per week in San Francisco.

Build polished, user-facing interfaces for novel human-computer interaction workflows using React and TypeScript. Translate product concepts and designs into intuitive UX flows, prototype and test experiences, improve onboarding and session journeys, analyze user behavior, and establish frontend patterns and component systems. The role emphasizes accessibility, performance, responsiveness, motion, visual quality, and close collaboration across design and engineering.

Own day-to-day finance and operations for an early-stage hardware startup: manage spend controls and Ramp, ensure accounting accuracy and reconciliations, maintain cap table in Pulley, own monthly forecasts and department budgets, negotiate vendor contracts and insurance, support board/investor questions, and lead cross-functional strategic modeling and diligence tasks.
