Develop physics-based mathematical models of phage-bacteria infection dynamics, design and run large-scale numerical simulations, perform mathematical and statistical analysis, validate models against wet-lab data, coordinate computational experiments with lab scientists, and help define research roadmap and reproducible practices for an AI-first therapeutics startup.

Execute routine molecular biology and microbiology bench workflows (PCR, cloning, gels, bacterial culturing, phage assays). Prepare media and samples, run plate-based assays and growth curves, support NGS sample prep and maintain lab documentation and strain stocks under BSL-2 conditions.

Lead research-oriented ML development: design and run model experiments on biological data, define research roadmap, collaborate with wet lab on data generation, improve experimentation and evaluation practices, and shape computational strategy for therapeutic design.
