Lead research-oriented ML development: design and run model experiments on biological data, define research roadmap, collaborate with wet lab on data generation, improve experimentation and evaluation practices, and shape computational strategy for therapeutic design.

Execute routine molecular biology and microbiology bench workflows (PCR, cloning, gels, bacterial culturing, phage assays). Prepare media and samples, run plate-based assays and growth curves, support NGS sample prep and maintain lab documentation and strain stocks under BSL-2 conditions.

Hands-on bench scientist role to build wet-lab capability in synthetic phage engineering: design and assemble constructs, perform cloning and host-phage assays, troubleshoot protocols, generate high-quality experimental data to inform computational models, and collaborate with lab and computational teams.
