Own the end-to-end strategy, discovery, and delivery of Tabeo’s consumer finance products, including full-prime lending and Pay in 3. Drive growth in originations, improve repeat-customer journeys, strengthen lending infrastructure, enhance reporting, and reduce manual operational work through product-led growth. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Legal, Risk, Finance, and lenders while ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded in product decisions.

Manage and optimize credit risk and fraud strategies for consumer lending operations. Analyze underwriting and model performance, build statistical models, extract and manipulate data with SQL, automate recurring analyses, and lead projects that improve credit assessments. Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting broader data initiatives across the business.

Own lender reporting, covenant monitoring, lender cash reconciliations, treasury processes, cash-flow forecasting, and liquidity visibility. Analyze large financial datasets using Excel and Google Sheets, with SQL or Python to automate recurring work. Investigate discrepancies, maintain controls, ensure reporting accuracy, and improve treasury processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial reporting or reconciliation experience, treasury knowledge, and comfort managing recurring deadline-driven processes.
