Lead TabaPay’s Product Marketing function, managing multiple PMMs and setting priorities across core and new products. Own positioning, buyer personas, industry messaging, product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy for fintech and payments solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, PMO, Sales, and Marketing to improve product adoption, revenue, conversion, win rates, and sales effectiveness.

Own TabaPay’s B2B content and organic social strategy, including editorial planning, executive thought leadership, search optimization, industry research, case studies, and performance measurement. The role requires personally producing high-quality content while coordinating executives, customers, agencies, and cross-functional partners. Success is measured through qualified inbound growth, organic conversion, executive social engagement, flagship content delivery, and expanded customer storytelling.

Serve as TabaBank’s senior legal officer and principal advisor to the Board, CEO, and executives. Oversee banking regulatory matters, corporate governance, affiliate and shared-services arrangements, payments, merchant acquiring, deposits, commercial contracts, privacy, data sharing, legal entity governance, and strategic transactions. Support OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC interactions while ensuring the bank maintains independent governance and regulatory compliance within its holding company structure.

Own and drive products for payment reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. Define roadmaps, prioritize Jira backlog, write requirements and acceptance criteria, run sprint planning and standups, coordinate engineering delivery, investigate reconciliation gaps, validate data, manage launches, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Owns overnight Treasury reports and reconciliations for payment, settlement, bank, and financial activity. Investigates discrepancies across systems, resolves or escalates issues, monitors Treasury operations, documents handoffs, supports audits, and improves recurring processes. Collaborates with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams while ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled financial operations.

Leads bank treasury strategy across liquidity, funding, asset-liability management, deposit pricing, investment portfolio management, interest-rate risk, stress testing, and balance-sheet optimization. Oversees payment-related and intraday liquidity, contingency funding, ALCO reporting, regulatory interactions, and Board communications. Develops policies, forecasts, profitability analyses, and investment strategies while ensuring compliance with risk, capital, and regulatory requirements.

Leads the bank’s enterprise capital and liquidity planning, funding resilience, and stress-testing programs. Integrates strategic planning, balance-sheet forecasts, risk profiles, regulatory requirements, and scenario analysis. Oversees capital adequacy, liquidity metrics, payment-specific risk scenarios, contingency funding, executive and Board reporting, regulatory examinations, and model governance. Partners with Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, and business teams to evaluate financial resilience across adverse and reverse-stress conditions.

Lead TabaBank’s accounting operations, financial close, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, audits, and accounting infrastructure. Oversee bank accounting for deposits, investments, treasury, payments, merchant acquiring, and settlement activity. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Technology, and Operations while supporting regulatory examinations, remediation, consolidation, tax coordination, and scalable reporting processes.

Develop and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses, ensuring performance, reliability, integrity, and consistency. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with technical and business teams, document architectures, and improve data infrastructure for scalability. The role requires production-quality Python, AWS experience, strong debugging skills, and approximately four years of fintech or startup experience. It is based in Palo Alto with three days per week in the office.

Design and maintain test suites, automate testing for APIs and web applications, validate transactions, and improve quality metrics while collaborating with engineering teams.

Perform customer due diligence and regulatory verification for client onboarding. Review onboarding packages, perform identity and sanctions screening, validate ownership and licenses, complete Payment Network checks, maintain client files, document exceptions, support Senior Compliance Managers, and improve SOPs to ensure compliant onboarding.

Manage and support 24x7 production, staging, and dev environments; handle PCI/SOC compliance and encryption key custodianship; perform hands-on datacenter hardware tasks; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; author SOPs and runbooks; troubleshoot complex system, network, and hardware issues; participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional incident reviews.

The Operations Associate manages Production Environment 24/7, handles PCI Data and encryption keys, executes Operations Procedures, and resolves issues. They require flexibility and hands-on skills.

Design, build, and improve backend payment solutions. Implement and update payment features in Python, collaborate with product and engineering, troubleshoot customer issues, and contribute technical guidance in a fast-paced Agile environment.
