Manage and grow an ISO partner network through onboarding, training, sales enablement, relationship management, issue escalation, and performance optimization. Serve as the primary contact for partner leadership, coordinate with internal teams, provide sales guidance and materials, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities and process improvements. The role requires strong payments-industry expertise, client relationship management, presentation, training, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Own and drive products for payment reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. Define roadmaps, prioritize Jira backlog, write requirements and acceptance criteria, run sprint planning and standups, coordinate engineering delivery, investigate reconciliation gaps, validate data, manage launches, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Design and maintain test suites, automate testing for APIs and web applications, validate transactions, and improve quality metrics while collaborating with engineering teams.

Lead go-to-market strategy for TabaPay's emerging verticals (initially Lending, then Gaming, Healthcare). Develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, RFP templates, industry collateral, and demand-generation programs. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to drive pipeline, commercialize roadmap features, and support strategic customer opportunities.

Lead end-to-end compliance due diligence and control reviews for prospective payments clients. Assess complex business models, payment flows, and regulatory requirements; recommend onboarding decisions; advise on AML/BSA, sanctions, CIP/CDD/EDD; partner with banks, payment networks, and internal stakeholders; improve onboarding policies, SOPs, and governance; mentor junior compliance staff and monitor regulatory and card network developments.

Perform customer due diligence and regulatory verification for client onboarding. Review onboarding packages, perform identity and sanctions screening, validate ownership and licenses, complete Payment Network checks, maintain client files, document exceptions, support Senior Compliance Managers, and improve SOPs to ensure compliant onboarding.

Manage and support 24x7 production, staging, and dev environments; handle PCI/SOC compliance and encryption key custodianship; perform hands-on datacenter hardware tasks; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; author SOPs and runbooks; troubleshoot complex system, network, and hardware issues; participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional incident reviews.

Perform QA for operations-focused software: validate change controls, verify build health, enforce SDLC and deployment checklists, test Operations Portal features and regressions, perform API and UI testing, run SQL-backed backend validations, troubleshoot operational/build issues, and use AI tools to accelerate test design and execution.

The Operations Associate manages Production Environment 24/7, handles PCI Data and encryption keys, executes Operations Procedures, and resolves issues. They require flexibility and hands-on skills.

Design, build, and improve backend payment solutions. Implement and update payment features in Python, collaborate with product and engineering, troubleshoot customer issues, and contribute technical guidance in a fast-paced Agile environment.
