Define and execute engineering strategy, collaborate with Product and Design, uphold architecture and testing best practices, oversee resource allocation and DevOps, remove blockers, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

Create, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality product videos for social and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, apply social trends, analyze performance, and optimize content using data and new creative/AI tools.

The Sr. Marketing Specialist will manage Taager's LinkedIn presence, execute brand communications, coordinate marketing campaigns, and maintain marketing materials.
