Create, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality product videos for social and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, apply social trends, analyze performance, and optimize content using data and new creative/AI tools.

Own end-to-end performance of assigned product categories, accountable for GMV, margin, inventory health, pricing, assortment, supplier relationships, demand forecasting, channel performance, and monthly commercial reporting. Drive category growth strategies, commercial KPIs, and cross-functional execution with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with assigned merchants as their primary contact. Develop performance plans, incentive programs, and optimize product assortment. Use data insights to boost merchant sales and profitability, advocate for merchants cross-functionally, and share best practices to drive platform adoption and operational targets.
