Owns metrology systems and data integrity for a high-volume solar cell fabrication facility. Responsibilities include designing MSA and gauge R&R programs, developing metrology control plans, qualifying and calibrating measurement tools, integrating data with SPC systems, analyzing trends and drift, supporting vendor and tool activities, maintaining documentation, and mentoring metrology personnel.

Own equipment engineering and maintenance for a solar cell fabrication tool group. Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improve OEE and reliability, lead root-cause analysis, manage spare parts and vendors, and oversee equipment installation, qualification, acceptance, upgrades, and operator training. Mentor engineers and technicians while partnering with process, facilities, and EHS teams to support safe, high-volume manufacturing and fab ramp activities.

Lead TOPCon solar cell process engineering across tunnel oxide, polysilicon deposition, diffusion, passivation, and metallization. Drive process stability, yield improvement, root cause analysis, process control, documentation, tool readiness, technology transfer, and qualification. Mentor engineers and collaborate with equipment, metrology, quality, R&D, and device engineering teams to scale advanced cell technology into high-volume manufacturing.
