Lead all environmental, health, and safety programs for a large, 24/7 solar module manufacturing facility. Oversee compliance (OSHA, EPA, TCEQ), incident investigation, chemical and permit management, multi-shift EHS team leadership, training, metrics, and integration of safety into production to drive continuous improvement and a safety-first culture.

Support plant EHS compliance by developing programs, supervising EHS technicians, inspecting and testing environments, investigating incidents, maintaining environmental permits/reports, and preparing documentation for ISO 14001/45001 certification and regulatory submissions.

Supervise the compliance team to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits and investigations, monitor regulatory changes, prepare reports, coordinate training, and support external audits and corrective actions.
