Own and support enterprise systems including Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS. Develop C#, Java, and Python integrations; administer Oracle and SQL Server databases; maintain OpenShift environments; troubleshoot system and transaction issues; optimize workflows and reporting; support warehouse implementations; and ensure performance, security, and audit compliance.

Leads corporate and segment accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, internal controls, audit readiness, and process standardization. Oversees reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, SOPs, systems improvements, and cross-functional financial support while building and developing a high-performing accounting team. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting standards.

Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, reconciliations, journal entries, and close processes. Support U.S. GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, technical accounting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations while mentoring accounting staff and improving systems and reporting efficiency.
