Own in-process quality across automated solar module production: conduct inspections and audits, implement SPC and control plans, lead root-cause investigations and CAPA, manage lab sampling and calibration, analyze quality data and report metrics, and train IPQA technicians to ensure consistent high-volume manufacturing quality.

Support HR Generalist with employee relations, onboarding, paperwork, and HRIS/timekeeping maintenance. Greet employees, process new hires/terminations/status changes, track attendance, assist night-shift onboarding, prepare standard HR documents, and help with special HR projects and floor presence.

Manage and enhance enterprise systems (Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, IBM iPaaS). Build integrations in C#/Java/Python, perform Oracle and SQL Server DBA tasks, maintain OpenShift, support WMS deployments, troubleshoot runtime issues, and collaborate with business teams to optimize workflows and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
