Supports large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure projects by developing integrated schedules, tracking budgets and forecasts, analyzing earned value and variances, managing change control, validating contractor progress, monitoring risks, and preparing executive reporting. The role also improves project controls processes and tools while collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, contractors, and vendors.

Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding and training programs for production operators, technicians, and manufacturing hires. Build competency frameworks, standard work documentation, train-the-trainer programs, and e-learning content. Manage the LMS, track certifications and time-to-proficiency metrics, ensure audit readiness, and partner with plant leadership, engineering, and HSE teams to improve workforce performance, quality, and safety.

Own and optimize thermal and vapor deposition processes (PECVD, LPCVD) for solar cell fabrication. Lead process characterization, DOE, SPC, troubleshooting, tool qualification, and tech transfer to high-volume manufacturing while collaborating with equipment, device, materials, and operations teams to meet efficiency, yield, and throughput targets.
