Own and operate Seismic and Workfront platforms for Product & Marketing teams. Drive product strategy, partner with stakeholders, lead enhancements, provide user onboarding/support, analyze reporting and oversee content governance to improve compliance, discoverability, and operational efficiency.

Support middle office trade management across derivatives, private placements, and mutual fund trading. Coordinate booking, settlement, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle activities; resolve breaks; partner with internal teams and vendors; drive process improvements, validate controls, generate operational metrics, and mentor less experienced staff.

Support product teams for T. Rowe Price retail digital products by writing user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing requirements, performing user acceptance testing, analyzing quantitative and qualitative customer data, building dashboards and insights, and partnering with technology and product owners to deliver enhancements that improve customer engagement and experience.
