Operate and maintain telecommunication systems in a UC telecommunication test network for APL certification of IP based solutions. Configure multiple Session Managers for testing. Provide configurations and support changes to UC network and legacy systems. Troubleshoot DISA and JITC UC Network issues. Design, develop, and test telecommunications solutions. Provide user training of the telecommunications features and functionality.
