Leads complex GIS, application development, and systems integration projects from planning through delivery. Manages technical teams, schedules, budgets, quality assurance, client relationships, proposals, contracts, partnerships, and business development. Advises clients on technology solutions, supports portfolio management, represents the firm at industry events, and contributes to the growth strategy of the Applied Technology practice.

Provides engineering support across departments within a consulting firm. Responsibilities include developing accurate design calculations, applying engineering design principles, coordinating with peers and senior staff, managing multiple priorities, and using GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. The role is intended for early-career engineers, including May 2027 graduates, with opportunities for professional development and progression toward an Engineer in Training certification and Professional Engineer’s license.

Summer 2027 internships are available across engineering, environmental, planning, IT, HR, marketing, and office services. Engineering disciplines include civil, environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Interns must be enrolled in a bachelor's program, work in person at a T&M office, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Engineering candidates should pursue an engineering-related degree; AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience is preferred.
