Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, proposals, contracts, and client relationships. Supervises technical staff, advises clients, supports business development and portfolio growth, represents the firm at industry events, and develops partnerships with Esri and related vendors.

Responsibilities include conducting road and pedestrian safety audits, reviewing transportation projects for safety compliance, preparing technical and program reports, managing safety data and automation efforts, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, guiding junior staff, and supporting public outreach. The role is full-time and onsite at NJDOT Headquarters in Ewing, New Jersey.
