Supports sourcing, supplier communication, quote comparison, purchase order processing, contract organization, cost tracking, inventory coordination, supplier performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and procurement recordkeeping. The intern also assists with laboratory glassware cleaning, restocking, and autoclave operations while following biosafety procedures. This onsite role requires cross-department collaboration, attention to detail, physical activity, and willingness to learn.

Supports tax compliance, financial reporting, and operational accounting. Prepares tax returns, provisions, transfer pricing and intercompany cost-sharing workpapers; records transactions; assists with financial statements, audits, and GAAP compliance; coordinates with payroll, accounts payable, external advisors, and regulators; tracks deadlines and improves accounting and tax processes.

Sources and purchases goods and services while managing suppliers, purchase orders, contracts, pricing, inventory needs, and procurement compliance. Negotiates terms, monitors vendor performance, supports cost-saving initiatives, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with finance, legal, operations, inventory, and supply chain teams. The role is full-time and onsite in Bothell, Washington, within a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company.
