Manages workstreams and small teams, structures ambiguous problems, develops client-ready analyses and strategy materials, and engages senior stakeholders across governments, IFIs, DFIs, donors and private-sector partners. Responsibilities include assessing concessional, blended and sustainability-linked finance instruments, facilitating workshops, supporting proposals and thought leadership, and coaching junior colleagues.
