The role requires expertise in federal, state, local, and multistate taxation, including R&D credits and PTET elections, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Oversee outsourced financial controller services for multiple clients, including month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, audit readiness, and internal controls. Lead Account Managers, coach accounting staff, manage client relationships, and advise business owners and finance teams. Drive accounting process improvements, software integrations, quality, efficiency, and scalable service delivery across client portfolios.

The Client Accounting Lead oversees a full suite of cloud accounting tasks for multiple clients, ensuring process implementation, financial reporting, and client communication.
