Manage enterprise sales for the US West territory by forecasting, exceeding quota, developing SaaS pipeline, tracking opportunities in CRM, supporting customer relationships, collaborating across product and sales teams, promoting partners, and communicating cloud security value to prospects. The role requires enterprise IT security sales experience, C-level engagement, greenfield business development, and familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, MEDDPICC, and Challenger sales.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, guide deployments and architecture, lead business reviews and technical workshops, drive measurable outcomes, support renewals and expansions, mitigate account risks, and advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering. The role also includes troubleshooting Kubernetes-based solutions, executive engagement, cross-functional issue resolution, mentoring junior team members, and internal enablement.

Designs, scales, and maintains multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Ensures reliability, performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Participates in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative engineering. Requires expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, distributed systems, microservices, Linux, and scripting or software development in Python, Go, or Bash.
